And those don't fit into your other thread exactly how?
poiskvps.ru is what you want
nice so much hosting providers, thank you !
I am starting to understand why you get so much shit from people.
People often ask for Russian providers here. It seems though that there is never any clarity in the answers. Yes, there are obviously many providers there, but we never seem to get any answer as to which ones might be good with low end offerings.
Honestly I can't name a host that hosts services out of Russia off the top of my head. That is surprising, given that internet facing culture there is anything but small. I'd like to know some names too.
(I know there's a lot of internet censorship in the region these days, but frankly there's more in China and we have providers here who offer service from within the country.)
Sorry about any inaccuracies, did the best I could in a couple of minutes. Cheaper ones are near the bottom.

Thanks @MikeA That is a useful list. I've seen other ones such as this page here https://poiskvps.ru/ but for non Russian speakers the first hurdle is to find a provider that has an English page. That's a real problem, but once one is signed up, communication with them is easy enough as they either speak functional English, or you can use Google Translate.
The next issue that I was hinting at in my earlier post is finding out something about them. With many Western providers we get multiple people's opinions here and it's easy to get a sense of whether it's going to be workable for one's needs or personality. One single opinion good/bad doesn't really say much, even from a trustworthy source since they may have different expectations. I've had VPS with providers that are frequently slagged for various reasons but that are workable for me within a limited context. So, getting a perspective on Russian providers is a real problem. Of course many of those are quite cheap and affordable enough to just try for a month, but that approach is time consuming.
i thought the most popular russian provider is veesp, but no one mentioned.
Even if they sell servers in russia i think they are based in .lt now. Besides why would anyone send people like OP there.
ah ... i see
Yeah since the rebranding it seems to me that they are a EU company, but whois on the ip addresses sends back to rnet.ru and it seems like there are no mention of this EU company on their website anymore...
WaveCom is in Estonia, 300km from St. Petersburg. Low latency to Russia if you looking maybe that. Support in Russian and English. Special offers in LET forums. Bitcoin accepted.
Veesp
@wavecomas this guy doesn't care about latency. He cares if you will /dev/null his complaints.
@mivocloud ?
Moldova?
My bad. While checking their ads, I thought Moldova was part of Russian.
Don't worry. They have borders afaik and one part has at least a bit of russian military presence. So it's not far off.
And to stay on topic... Veesp, link in signature.
