You guys, with one or two posts overall, tend to convert LET to Craigslist for servers, ips etc. This is a community, not an auction website or the ebay for hosting stuff.
Anyway, if you are really want to get some serious offers (something really difficult as i see according to your post) you should give people here more infos: What is the purpose of the ips, what do you want to pay, how long will the contract lasts, are you legally capable to have the ips etc.
Without those infos, you seem to be just someone random creep wanting ips for seo or, even worse, spam purposes and this is really not welcomed here...
