Any SugarCRM user? Is 512M LEB VPS good enough?

Hi, I'm thinking of installing SugarCRM on a Linux VPS. Is a 512M LEB good enough to handle that?

I have been looking around for system requirement and find this from official website. Does this mean for 32-bit, a 512M VPS should be good enough?

Thanks in advance for any input.

Memory requirements

Increase the value of the memory_limit parameter in the php.ini file as follows:
32-bit installations: 256M or higher
64-bit installations: 512M or higher
Note: Increase the memory limit to 384M or higher for 32-bit installations, 768M or higher for 64-bit installations, for demo data installations.

  • If no one answers, maybe try it on your desktop first using virtual box or something.

  • I'm curious with sugarcrm, so I just installed it to one of my XEN VPS from Prometeus with 512MB, and configured and domain here

Since it's something new, I guess I need to learn how to use it :D
