I have a VPS at Strato with Plesk included since 2015. I have the plan with 2 cores, 4GB RAM and 200GB disk for 9 Euros. Good for hosting a bunch of Websites for cheap. Do not use for mission critical systems

Could not find it cheaper anywhere else. I see they now offer Plesk Web Pro, mine still has Web Host with unlimited domains. If you don't need reseller management you won't miss it.

CPU performance is OK. Storage is a bit slow. Network in Europe is fast, outside Europe less fast. Support ticket response was slow but i only needed to use it once.

Sometimes they reboot the VPSes for maintenance between 22:00 and 6:00, announced by mail. Its Virtuozzo with shared Kernel.
