2GB for jabber? Is that really necessary? Also NAT might give some problems with connecting to other servers i think. Having said that i am running prosody on the smallest Hetzner VPS available (pre cloud) and it's barely noticeable resource wise. It's only serving 4 clients max though so no idea how it scales with a lot of users.
I have no idea about RAM usage in jabber, it will be used only by 2 or 3 users amd it will be used internally so it can be 1 GB
Sorry can't check RAM usage right now but did a quick install of prosody on the laptop i am sitting at and at least in default config with no users connected it sat at a whooping 4.2MB reserved/48MB shared so i guess you could even get away with 256MB (likely also just 128MB) RAM and if inter-server connections aren't a concern you should be fine with a tiny NAT VPS from the usual suspects.
Then there is Hetzner at like 2.5€/m or Liteserver at 16€/year (+VAT minus whatever working coupon you happen to find) or vmhaus at i think 15€/year. All viable options in my opinion.

Thanks for that offer it is very good, however I want to play a bit with IPV6 - can anyone recommend something very cheap for with IPV6? for jabber I will get this, because it is cheap and it will be used only for me and my friends so nothing critical but I want to test some things with IPV6

I agree and I will buy VPS from them, however I need something else that it will offer IPV6, it could be anything like 256 MB RAM and 2 - 5 GB disk
@UltraVPS are solid - they also offer 512 mb kvm for €12 per 6 months contract term.
InceptionHosting offers "miniKVM" in NL with sizes as small as 256 mb RAM currently available - check https://clients.inceptionhosting.com/cart.php?gid=19 ... I would imagine @AnthonySmith should have a decent handle on ipv6.
@vmhaus advertises ipv6 for their offerings in London: $3/month for 512 mb RAM kvm (billed hourly), $15/year for 256 mb RAM kvm (billed yearly).
HostHatch currently offers ipv6 for their kvm with 1gb RAM in Amsterdam for $5/month. @Abdullah very occasionally may offer special pricing for smaller sizes (maybe with annual payment) if you wait for Black Friday or other sale.
I have service with vmhaus and HostHatch, both are decent if you don't need too much in the way of instant gratification when it comes to support. (As is tradition). I suspect InceptionHosting would also be good option with good prices for what you need.
Plenty other good options for ipv6 in EU locations - these are just a few that come to mind to suggest for you to take a look at.
