Looking for a low end box for seeds

I download a minimal amount of iso's and videos each month, and wondered whether there are any cheap providers out there on a vps that I should be looking at? Usage, say downloading 50GB/m

I'd like to have somewhere in the east, not usa nor uk/europe, budget, in all honesty probably less than $20/yr, at the moment I'm paying $12/yr and only download a few things a month, but can only download 1 item at a time
