Huh. About one year ago when I still had my CX10 I had almost the full 1G all the time and sometimes even up to 10G depending on the server. I guess they changed their network speed since you have 20tb/m now. In general they give you more for less compared to cx10. But if you want cx10 (still only 2tb/m but probably on 1G) you can still get it on the robot page.
Speed can vary a lot.
