I'd find a new host.
If you really want to stay with this host (for some reason), try calling them.
The service until now has been excellent and it's cheap-as-chips.
They don't have a phone number in their website.
Shoot them an email. If they don't even have that, I'm sure 1 day without paying isn't going to get you referred to the debt collectors!
Huge red flag, if hosting anything serious.
You could try the phone number in the whois.
If they are on this forum you can tag them and hopefully they might see it
Use another payment method.

After sending the email, no ticket was created in WHMCS, as it is usual. It seems that they had a problem with its config.
