Need KVM VPS, multiple USA DCs

We are currently looking to get some VPSs, that will be 1+ cores (2 ideal), 512MB+ RAM, 20GB+ ssd, and 1TB bandwidth per month. We need a solution, where we can purchase more bandwidth, while keeping the same hardware. We will likely need 5TB/server/month bandwidth in a few months, and 10TB/server/month at a later time, which might also require a bump on the specs (more CPUs). We need one server per DC in each city. Preferred cities are: Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, LA, NY, Atl/Miami. Also KVM is a must, or openvz might work too, but we need a kernel module loaded, if possible. Although we very much prefer running on KVM.

Budget is not set, we are actively looking for offers, which we can compare. We do NOT mind colocrossing at all. Just need good networking. Currently running on Vultr, however 10TB bandwidth on there is ridiculously expensive. We need a future-proof and reliable option, so we can migrate from there.

This is for a VPN company, so clean IPs are a great plus. One IP per machine is fine for the beginning, with option to add more as we grow.

Thanks for all options you guys might provide!
