Virmach uses ColoCrossing in CHI which doesn't support IPv6 AFAIK.

Also CC-based so no IPv6.
Honestly @emmd19, you're going to be hard pressed to find a non-CC-based provider in Chicago for <= $15/yr. Gonna have to bump up your budget it looks like.
TBH I'm totally open to that, it's just that finding IPv6-capable VPS providers in Chicago seems to be challenging in general

We have KVM available in Chicago with IPv4 and IPv6, but as Mason mentioned, your budget is a little low. How much leeway do you have, paying annually? You'd get a bit more ram than you're asking for. Our lowest plan is promotionally priced at £25/Year which is $33. If you're able to get into the $20+ region I'm sure we can accommodate.

If I went with Vultr I'd probably go with their $2.50/month plan. At $30+/year you're getting into the territory of commercial VPN providers with multiple location offerings, which is why I want something relatively cheap.
I've recently been made aware that ServerCheap does have a $20/year plan with unmetered BW which looks mighty attractive.
I can recommend ServerCheap from the time I've used them. Even though they say no IPv6 is offered, IPv6 connectivity still works inside the VM, and they will assign a /128 if you open a ticket.
