As noted above, we have RAID1 on all of our vps nodes, so that if a drive goes, an exact copy is automatically available. We also take periodic 'offsite' backups.

Do you have a test IP of a DDoS protected one?
199.241.138.211 is our test IP, hosted on the same node as some of our vps. It is DDoS protected, however we do not solicit DDoS 'test' attacks.
Can you go into detail about your DDoS protection? Is it done through another company like CNServers or inhouse? How large of an attack do you guys mitigate before nullrouting and so on?
What a joke not allowing a test, before I read it I had someone run a 'test' it got knocked out instantly.
