Need IP lease
Does anyone know of a provider that is capable of doing IP leasing with IPv4? I am looking to place an order of approximately 512 IPs (/23). Must be mixed subnets to make a total of 512 IPs. Also, it would be easiest for there to be a hosted solution so that the IPs can be binded to a server.
Locations: New York City/New Jersey or Virginia
Price: Must be less than $1.00 per IP
Reasoning: I plan on making the IPs into proxies for shoe websites
If anyone can provide me with this let me know.

Do you need mail access?
Any specific sites you're needing to access? If this is for some shoes then most hosts are blocked.

Yes its for sneaker websites so port 25 can be blocked
512 IPs = /23
