Who to choose for UnixBench>5000, 512MB, and 5GB?

I'm just wondering which providers are the obvious choices for the specified criteria. I would like the UnixBench score to usually be above 5000, but a little slowdown here and there is ok.

I don't plan to actually host any sites using the account, just use it as a general purpose Linux CLI productivity environment from my tablet. So I want it as cheap as possible. Currently I have EDIS Smart VRS but I'm wondering if I can get a better deal.

I would like to be able to install a cutting-edge distro like Ubuntu 13 or Fedora 19, but that's optional. Also, some protection for free speech would be good.
