How is Kimsufi for Filehosting Site's DMCA requests in 2018?

I want to buy some additional servers from Kimsufi to add to my small filehosting service. How are them in regards of DMCA takedowns? Do they forward or shutdown immediately?

    If the front end is in non dmca location, you can store the files where you want without anyone knowing.

    Kimsufi is great for backend storage.

    Why would you worry about hosting legal files? I assume all the files you'll be hosting are legal. Correct?
