Reselling Servers

Hi I'm looking to resell either VPS or dedicated servers for the cheapest way possible so they can use for their business or personal use. I believe two options most resellers do is either rent out dedicated servers and sell it as for a premium or lease IPv4 addresses and somehow attach to a large dedicated server. Which option would be the most effective and cheapest? Is there some tutorial out there that I can learn more about it? and what be some examples of providers I can use.

There is some tutorials are available for VPS but for Dedicated server you will need to spend 1 year on learning how to manage Hosting >> VPS >> Dedicated Server

DLC "how to get away with the money" is so simple that it can be done here.

1. Sell unsustainable packages but make the price irresistible on yearly or even 3-year deals.
2. Watch it go, make the hosting packages last at least 180 days to be paypal-proof if suckers used paypal.
3. Cut them loose and sell client data for some steam games.
4. Profit.
