Xen can have BSD without problems on HVM (ours is PV for lower overhead and faster VM) but there are attempts to put bsd in xen-pv too. That is experimental, though.
For €6 annualy, I'll bite. Nice to see these lowend plans back in fashion. Be nice to see some outside of the US, but I guess that might be asking a little too much financially.
Unfortunately, IPs will soon be scarce in US too, so this will probably be the last batches before IPv4 shortage hits ARIN too.
