Isn't it be better if you get your own VPS and install one for yourself, VPN and proxies are very easy to be installed

Sometimes people don't want to do things themselves. There's a reason why VPN providers and the like exist.

Indeed, is aruba cloud legit vps provider? They have 1euro plan. Vultr is 5$ minimum now, but it's convenient.

Sure Aruba is a very good provider, But the 1 euro plan is only available in their data center IT1 and CZ1 AFAIK
You can find many providers here that can give you good offers

I think aruba's are better although they are more expensive because it's 1 euro without taxes but all other things are much better. Sorry .... It is not German yet

Currently out of stock but we offer pre-installed SOCKS5 in Germany (without IP change) for $3 per month. If you're interested I could possibly push your order through.

  • Get a vps and install vpn. As long as it doesn't break the ToS you're good - mostly for personal use.

For socks5 you don't even need a VPN. You can just use the ssh connection in tunnel mode / -D.

Yeah, just get the cheapest possible VPS and use "ssh -D1234 yourvps" where 1234 is the local listener port you want to use. Then configure your browser or whatever to use that port. You can even use a NAT vps which start around 3 euro a year. Even the smallest are fine for most such things.
