with your budget probably only the amount of traffic is something to look after.

edit: okay after your edit, dedicated gbps on a vps? not gonna happen. even for a dedicated it might just be dedicated only up to the switch.
will be difficult to offer 1gbps dedicated line in this budget.
You need a dedicated server then really not a VPS, you can forget the UK for that budget, NL I can only think of worldstream: https://www.worldstream.nl/en/dedicated/custom/info

A dedicated gigabit connection for $20/mo, you say? Not gonna happen without paying $xxx per month.
And if you find some provider that has this at this price point, they are lying or are only advertising the connection to the switch.

Dedicated 1Gbps is much more than 10TB/m.
Would 10Gbps Shared w/ 10TB allowance work? We could do this in London, UK for you.
10TB/m is max for month.
If you need 1G dedicated you’ll be expected to commit at minimum 100M, which is unfortunately way out of your budget for the connectivity (and port) alone, not to mention the resources.
