I tried the link you gave. Now it is telling promo code is already used. Then tried to order Bronze PV -4$. At checkout it is showing 4.72USD. Gift code didnt work and tax is also applied. Why tax when ordering outside USD ?

TAX will only applied If you choose country "India".

You can't even add a buck to your account, you should change the min top up on an account to $1 so we can actually do that...
