The same email sent from Gmail to outlook has been marked as ok while from another provider I use it's been marked as spam without any reason. My suggestion is: be far from the big companies.

This cartel has been around for a long time now. You only noticed it today. Those banks will have to sign up with SES or mandrill or something if they want to hit inboxes. Everyone who cares about mail deliverability has to join one of the cartel companies.
In the meantime you can just add their addresses to your contacts to ensure their emails reach your inbox.
