@ovh-apac he reply me they will update ticket.but nothing I get.nothing.
Can not understand why it is very slow.

    If it's your first order, you must go through a verification phase. That's probably what it is.

  • Kindly wait for some time for things to get processed. Most probably they got overbooked and therefore the slow reply.

    I don't think they are ignoring you. They are probably busy with other things than billing right now.

    Ovh is too big of a company to scam a couple dollars. Be patient padawan.

    Sometime emails go to spam folder.
    Good luck.

    In my case, I have to wait a day to receive my vps.

    Only 4 hours? Wait at least 48 hours ~ 72 hours for OVH.

    Stop bumping tickets. If you don't like it, chargeback or file dispute.

    It is no secret that OVH general support are incredibly slow by and industry standard, if you wanted rapid deployment you should have picked someone else.

    He can't because his world is ending right before his eyes. I bet he's checking on his order status every ten minutes.

    By now, he should have vein popped eyes. Or he has filed a dispute already.

    I directly send a email and provide my info to they verfy team before they let me provide this....
    And it active now.....
