    yes, 1271v3 is better and just +$5/mo.

    but for many clients E3-1265Lv3 is good enough as well.

    Very competitive pricing in Chicago. May not be the lowest number for the low end crowd but you don't see Chicago at those prices or if somebody claims Chicago, they'll try to deploy you in Los Angeles or somewhere cheaper other than Chicago. Very tempting offer.
