marketing, I guess? The name is 4GB, but the product is 1GB RAM burstable to 1.5G LoL
Even more funny is if you click the order link, it says "Special Offers - VPS - 4GB UK Special", but there is no UK in the configurable Location drop-down.
Fixed, this offer is available in Atlanta and Phoenix.
