I am looking for dedicated solution Windows/Plesk environment. Cloud or bare metal with below requirements

1 CPU Quad Core
8-16 GB RAM
2X500 GB or 2 x 1TB SATA
at least 2 IPs
20TB bandwidth on 1GbPS
DDos protection
Windows 2008 R2 (or Windows 2012 R2)
MSSQL server Enterprise(We have our own license)
Plesk Webhost edition
Fully managed (Chat/Ticket support)
