Is this server worth the cost (lease-to-own - 12 months)?
My hosting provider has offered me this deal:

In what location / datacenter?
Greenhouse Datacenters in the Netherlands.
Is this from WorldStream? If not, someone is simply reselling them with a markup.
Anyways, it looks like a "normal" offering from WorldStream for the same server (not lease-to-own) is €140/month. Depending on how long you need it for, lease-to-own option could be cheaper or more expensive.
I mean, its not 'terrible' if you priced up building that server yourself + parts, colo, bandwidth, IP's shipping etc, but I suspect you could do better, contact i3d and worldstream directly for a comparison.
