which one I can use to install/experiment openvz - xen or kvm?

is there any tutor for this?

what should be min config to work on this?

Nothing, I ran several openvz containers inside a KVM from NodeDeploy, worked fine.

I used a regular OpenVZ tutorial.

KVM with Centos 6.4 is a good option. Simply use the regular OpenVZ guide and OpenVZ Web Panel is a nice free control panel.
