I think you mean: you are not willing to pay a fair price yet. too disappointing
You don't strike us as particularly knowledgeable in server management or with a clear vision of what you will expect from this solution. As such your too risky. Any provider that provides unlimited resources is playing a guessing game or numbers game.
For example UNLIMITED 100mbps! Is actually 30tb at 1gbps as that is the limit of how much you can transfer in a month tapping out 1gbps line.
Your not going to get anything reasonably priced above 30tb a month 1gbps.
