Looking for a basic vps with decent storage for torrents

Hello,

I'm looking for a vps to replace my seedbox as it i want to run other services besides rutorrent/rtorrent which the seedbox provider doesn't offer.

Basically the four things i'm looking for are:

Unmetered 1gbit/s connection, Atleast 300GB of storage (SSD not necessary), Provider doesn't care about torrents, Can pay via paypal.

My budget is kinda tight, around 10€ a month would be nice..
