i have server with following spec
Intel Core i3-530 2.93 GHz
4GB RAM
Storage 2x 1000GB HW RAID
CentOS 7.2, 64 bits
with NO RAID

_After fresh installation of Cent OS i am able to use only 1 Tb my Requirement is using 2 TB .Is there any simple solution step by step

Softraid or just make a partition on the second drive and mount it somewhere but you'd have to manually balance your files between the two mountpoints.
Since you haven't used your second HDD yet, converting your system to a software raid1 should be relatively easy but that's not what you want? For raid0 I'd guess you need to make a complete backup -> tear-down -> restore.
Edit: derp, I just noticed you said your server should be a hardware raid but is infact JBOD, make a backup and open a ticket with your host. They should fix it for free if the product isn't as advertised.

Essentially, use pvcreate to first create your physical volumes over whatever drive/partition then vgcreate your volume and then lvcreate your actual data store as you need.
