While there aren't many still left, I have still seen a few over the past few months. What budget providers for VPS are still out there? I have four requirements, the brand must have been around at least 2 years, TAP can be turned on for no additional fee, 1 IPV4, and the IP must geolocate to the correct city (this leaves RamNode out). No price limit, but I would say under $15 a year is good. Other then that, no requirements.

They do, but the other US locations all geolocate to Atlanta as well.
There are plenty.. a couple of examples would be hostmybytes, nfp, integralhost etc

Nothing is wrong, I'm just looking for several locations total. That still could be one though. Still strange why their other locations are wrong.
Even though I didn't specify any bandwidth minimum, the bandwidth is a bit low for the $12.50 plan. Maybe a decently price bandwidth add-on could make this better?
I've been with servercheap.net since July 2017, haven't had the server go down once. Only recently have I seen some bad dips in my network upload speed. but for 10$/year - 15gb ssd, 1gb ram 1cpu - from one of there LEB sales.. I cannot complain at all.
