If you can't tell wether or not the numbers are good, why are you concerned with them?
Just use the damn box and get a general "feel" for wether or not it's fast enough for the money you pay for it.
All those numbers down the right-hand side... Red = Danger!
It means hetzner is going to take over the world.
Horrible uptime. You should take legal action.
