Any tweaking guides for a 10gbe ubuntu box?

Hi guys,
Are there any tweaks or optimizations for 10gb eth, box is running 16.04 hwe kernel. I am able to hit around 2500mbps but not more.

What are the server specs? Lotta 10gbit servers don't ship with hardware that's capable of maintaining full link speeds

Use ethtool to see what your hardware is and install a stable/trusted version of the driver. Ubuntu rarely does this.

What is the application?
Is your 10gbe box on a LAN or this is a dedi with a provider?
I doubt you will hit anything close to 10gbe on a dedi, but with a LAN you can come close minus the overhead, etc.
