Bet your ISP can't block tor
curl https://www.dan.me.uk/torlist/ | while read IP; do ipset add tor "$IP"; doneseems pretty straight forward in case it's really not possible to detect the traffic. Best approach imo is a websockts tunnel like @nulldev posted.
