Your not alone. I have a Chicago vps down a little over a day as well.
The worst thing is that no one is responding, asked refund.
Same here. VPS in Chicago, found it downed yesterday. Its public IP still responds to my pings, but I can't connect to my VPS through SSH, VNC, FTP and all others means. Been trying to contact tech support since yesterday and got no reply.
My UK vps down since Feb 26. They keep saying its fixed and its not. Also only one staff reply that too very late name Aaron M. Seems like they don't have any other staff at all.
My Chicago server with them has been down 13 hr, went up 10 minutes then down again. Rebooted 2/4/2018 after 28d 14hr 3min 3 sec uptime

@doughmanes hit the nail in the coffin - there was indeed a FSCK check running on one of our Chicago servers. I sincerely apologize about the troubles caused during this event and have updated the tickets regarding this matter. I agree, and fully take responsibility for the fact that we could have handled the communication of this matter better and be assured that I will be addressing it with our staff members.

Nah I've seen it personally with a node coming back up and VMs reply to ping but not everything else until the fsck completes

Account suspended my expiry date was 03/24/2018 but they suspended due to payment overdue.
I was given LEB 1 month extended offer as you can see in the conversation between me and staff they changed my expiry date to 03/24/2018.

Yesterday when VPS finally started working and after few hours they suspended my account and changed due date to old.

If you open a PayPal dispute, or if your payment was fraudulent and PayPal has opened an investigation on the transaction, WHMCS will detect it and automatically change the due date to match your service start date, and suspend the service stating the reason as "overdue on payment", because technically you are, by opening a dispute in PayPal and/or submitting fraudulent payment(s).
If you keep saying its been fixed every time i ask when you know you didn't fixed it yet you keep saying since Feb 26 and later accuse me for mining which i didn't which i explained to you or your staff Aaron multiple times.
Whenever asking what's really happening never answered.
Not to mentioned replying so late with same damn answer "its Fixed" or "which OS".
Do you really expect me to do nothing.
Edit:- You fixed the problem after i opened the dispute at paypal.
If you had problem at your end or your server provider either update it on your site or send wide email to your customer. Don't just keep saying "its been fixed" or " Please try now".
Investigate further before accusing me.
Even its for $1.99 i've every right to complain when I'm not wrong.
Also the paypal dispute was filed yesterday after your incompetence to fix the problem after 4 days.
PayPal dispute is not a complain. It amounts to payment reversal and that unenviably leads to suspensions/terminations/debt collections
You're lucky they still deal with you. I would had refunded you and sent you on your way after closing out your account.
I thank every day that I don't deal with this sort of shit- but it's also why I have a house full of shit ready to sell but I am not dealing with PP, either. Anyone wanna buy a ton of shit?
