What is the price of replacement IP? A lot of IP is blocked by China GFW.
By the way, do you plan to optimize the network to China Telecom? Cloudcone is a very good provider, but China Telecom users are not ideal for use.

I still don't understand if you don't provide snapshot，what's the meaning of hourly billed，with snapshot I can configure system only one time and then can use for instant deploy。
And when will you support custom ISO in control panel？
Thank you for your feedback! IPs get blocked only if your work it against the GFW, we can offer replacement IPs for a one time fee, you can raise a ticket for it and we will take care if it.
On the roadmap. Will be given out free once released.
Snapshot has nothing to do with billing or hourly billing. Hourly billing works when your bill adds up with the number of hours you use the server.
