Wish I had seen this earlier and avoided... Oh, actually now come to think of it I've had that BlueVM thing for years so it would not have helped. Anyhow I came to get confirmation that BlueVM is indeed toast. Found WellGrounded's other thread... Hmm, how likely is a refund on 6 & 12 month old invoices?
