I highly value sites that function without javascript.
Here's an example of a good one: https://tinykvm.com/ (no idea about them otherwise)
Yes I know that a clean web site like above, despite being nice for users, probably isn't going to be accepted by marketing guys these days.
So here is one that I find most pleasant of the modern style ones: https://i-83.net/ I like it because it is easy to read and easy to use. To me it is important that I can see what the actual offering is and what it costs without having to click around and waste my time.
I am on my mobile atm and can’t check but seems to me basic bootstrap.

I like @Francisco's buyvm.net. Doesn't look like the typical cookie cutter template we see at many hosts.
Yeah, probably. I have no idea about such things as I stay away from commercial templates on principle. My point in this case is that what really matters in a web design has little to do with what it looks like. What really matters is that all the pertinent information is right there and one doesn't need to look around and/or click on things.
The first thing a web designer needs to do is provide the information to the viewer as directly as possible. All else is secondary. And that is a point that many will never understand.
I hope we can top your list in 2-3 weeks
The deadpool list only closes on the 31st of December.
