Depending on your image, you might be applying ~9 years worth of updates, just wait...

Slow (?) server and tons of updates on an outdated OS.
What did you expect? Could have atleast used 2008 R2

    i don't access last version

    Options
    A} Wait
B} Get access to the latest version
C} Go full Terrance and blame your provider. (don't do that one unless it's truly applicable)

My point is there is no magical fix somebody is going to provide you based on the information you've posted. It's a big update, and it will take a lot of time. Either pursue or move on to something else.

  • Just install Server 2016.

Sue Microsoft. You will win, morally.
