Is that possible smtp on cpanel or VPS

Is that possible all out going email on server or cpanel using smtp like sendgrid mandrill please is there any tutorial for this. some time i buy vps the vps cant send email they say they blocked port 25 so i want the email outgoing will be on our own smtp provider i hope you guys understand what im trying to tell
