Major part is likely understatement. Still i am quite sure you can get a bunch of cheap CCC domains for personal use on men, bid or even win (well better not this one - fuck their seal crap) if you are fine with having number in it.

As much as I detest gtlds I must admit they can be put to good use. I have an old client who insisted on using a gtld for a new product and it has been doing surprisingly well.
Big downside imo is that some people don't seem to recognise domains like allabout.racing as an url.
Most of these are garbage and bought by spammers to spam the crap of harvested mailing lists. Like every registrat that I know of runs promotions for these gTLD's nowadays.
