Is this even possible?
I've signed up for a VPS from a respectable company, it is supposed to have 256MB RAM/512MB Burst. Is this possible what they are saying?
Hello,
You were given 512 MB of Burst ram + 256 MB of VSwap.
The burst RAM simply does not show up in the control panel but it is active.

Well, they are messing with the words. But if you see 512 MB and see 256 swap with a "free" command, have fun, you have an OpenVZ in a RHEL6 based node
Oh
Well, not so bad anyway. Think you can use more apps in less memory in RHEL6, like a real machine.
What do you see in bean_counters?
Also, is this VPS from HostFailSnowy
@rajprakash Nope, it's definitely not from them
It looks like you got a 256mb vps with 256mb swap. I guess that kind of goes with the 512mb burst.
