Looking for Big HDD and high bandwith

Hi guys,
I am looking for dedi's or VPS with high bandwith (5TB for example) and with a big hard disk (500GB or more). At least with 1gb ram. The price must be cheap (max 10$).
Let me know if you have something!

Ohw yes and OVH is not an option because they are very unstable.
