Where to sell an adult website?

Dear all,
I own a niche adult website that I've been working on for quite a bit now. I've worked on this site quite a bit, so I'm pretty proud of it. Not really because of the content, but because the growth of the site was the reason why I started to learn what I know today about Linux administration, coding, and online marketing in general.
However, my workload is getting heavier and I no longer have the time to manage it properly. I could, of course, just say "bye" and shut it down. But I have spent quite a bit of time and money on this site and the fact that it has around 15,000 - 20,000 visitors each day, 66% of which is organic with a lot of fairly high ranking keywords, I really think it would be a waste to just let it go.
Especially since it has a subreddit with 8700+ subscribers and 5 accounts all with at least 15,000 karma focused on driving traffic and building backlinks for it, I am wondering if there is any way to sell a site, along with its assets, like this. Just letting it die would feel very wasteful.
Are you aware of a place where I could try to find a serious buyer for a site like this? It should be noted that most of the content is not mine, so I do not own the copyright of the content, all of it is legal however.
I have already made an account on GFY about a week ago, but it has not been approved yet by the Admin for some reason. I've already sent an email about it too.

@SicarianFaero13 your site seem dead till dec 2017 monthly 300 to 500 visitor and suddenly go a boost after jan 10. Now is aroung 198k monthly visitor . what technique have you used to boost the traffic in just 1 month. Is it the blackhat or greyhat . could you share or direct me to the process used ??
