SCAM RackHost-Cloudflexy-DediCenter-Rack.sx
It seems this provider is always changing names: RackHost.co/Cloudflexy.com/DediCenter.com/Rack.sx
I didn't expect too much for the $0.59/month Basic plan of shaded hosting, but I wanted to give it a try. What I really didn't expect was that the service is non existent.
My first bad impression was that the client area was misconfigured. http://dedicenter.com/my.account Error: "Oops! Something went wrong" But https://www.dedicenter.com/clientarea.php worked.
I sent a ticket that was ignored and closed. After waiting 3 days, I decided to file a claim with PayPal and sent an email to [email protected]. (Yes you read it right, that's the seller's email in PayPal; obviously one of those changing multiple stealth accounts). I warned that I reported him to PayPal.
Finally, surprise! 30 minutes after the claim, the case was closed and the money refunded. The seller decided to refund quickly before a PayPal dispute.
Note that I didn't received an excuse, apology or explanation.

Hey Rob.
Not this again...
I wouldn't argue over a $0.59/mo product either, I'd just refund & cut my losses.
Interestingly enough, that's a different PayPal account than it was in November. The old one was [email protected]. Will pass this info on to PayPal. Thanks!
0.59 - (5.4% + 0.3) = 0.26
*PayPal fees
Funny enough, when clicking this link https://www.dedicenter.com/clientarea.php ...
lol
Mine doesn't show any of that; I just get timeouts for the 4 services that are claimed to be running on their broken whmcs skin.
Of course /my.account has never worked, so I went to /submitticket.php and boom redirect works fine.
@gongyi deserve to know this.
I opened the paypal distupe to require refund.
dedicenter? leave, asap...
just leave. its sinkin from early november
I used a credit card. What should I do ? Dispute a Stripe
Maybe
They have now disabled this, just like /clientarea.php and /viewticket.php.
My account still redirects to the proper members' area of WHMCS, and my "Will these come back?" tickets made a week ago for proof that there's no contact and tickets get automatically closed (as backup to others I've taken screenshots for PayPal) have been ignored, rather than closed.
@WSS did you open dispute or chargebacks yet ? It is along time to wait
Last week, yes. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I knew long term it wasn't going to survive. Hell, they intentionally took @gongyi traffic.
I'm on their old [email protected] account, though, which appears to already be closed. I called PayPal and gave them the new email addresses they're taking PayPal purchases with, and they said that there is already an ongoing investigation.
