Create a ticket, ask them to move you to a better node, you might to be having some loud neighbours...

  • The reason I don't love such threads is that someone comes up with a great deal and I have a tough time resisting and end up purchasing another Idle VPS.

Well, I gave it a try, but so far I don't recommend it. I paid extra for more RAM and higher port speed. I am on my third try at submitting a ticket to get that added (it doesn't happen automatically). First time, I got a response to my request for IPv6 (also not automatic), but the rest was ignored. Second time, tech said it was fixed, but it's not. :( Third time's a charm?

With they way they are promoting & selling, do you think the new node will remain free of noisy neighbors for long?

    WSS said: C'mon!

Are you encouraging me to purchase?

I I have many VPSs with them and all of them are on a different node, so far I found just two of their nodes to be having some serious issues, and Eddie moved my VPS to a better node once I raised a ticket about it, I am using their VPSs for almost a year... and so far I didnt have any major issues on VPS. I had some major issues on shared and reseller ones, I mailed jason lastnight about it and here is the reply(which I got in less than few hours):-

and just about 30mins after the response the load on server60 dropped to 10 and so far its good. same with the VPSs, I have received replies to the ticket in avg 1hour.

Coming to the part about noisy neighbors, well I have seen much worse conditions in Digital Ocean, noisy neighbors come and go, just raise a ticket and get your solution... the issue with some LEB providers is that their services are abused by the clients as they are pretty cheap and then we have the complaint about the service being oversold!
