arubacloud - can you view support tickets?

Hi, whenever I want to view what the support answered on ticket I get an error by their API that I'm not authorized to view the ticket status.

The API Link: https://assistenza.aruba.it/api/request/askme-request-detail?requestId=TICKETID

-> {"Code":"UNAUTHUSR","Message":"User Unauthorized"}

When I create a ticket with this error message and ask them to reply via email, because I cannot read their answer in the support desk, they still answer in the support ticket only.

Is arubacloud just trolling me, or whats going on there?

Tried chrome, ie, edge (all without adblocket or similar blockers)
