Hi guys,
Currently have a LEB which is coming up for renewal but have been wanting to try another host offshore (Non US).
My Budget is at: $100USD yearly (happy to negotiate)
Diskspace: 50GB
Bandwidth: 1TB+
RAM: 1GB minimum
OS: Ubuntu Server or CentOS
Location: Offshore (Non US)
Primary use: Streaming of a Shoutcast radio station so uptime is important
If anyone is able to point me in the right direction of a provider that can offer those sort of specs that would be awesome.

NL not count as offshore? (Not US/UK)
My bad, thought I had seen NL on one of your pages the other day...
@INIZ
NL is definitely not offshore. They don't have DMCA takedowns but they do have BREIN doing takedowns left and right.
buy a rowboat...
Assuming the shore is USA and the UK is definitely not connected to the USA's shore. So that would mean UK is offshore.
thats useful to know!
Ah "offshore." A word with a literal meaning that is rarely used to reference it's actual meaning. Essentially "I like to steal other peoples work, while refusing them any compensation, and I need a place to distribute it from."
I can offer you a VPS at Ecatel (NL/Offshore). They only request takedowns if its BREIN.
Regards,
R.
Offshore location for one not always offshore for somebody else...
very good definition, like in "offshore" people allowed to break the laws.
how much another ipv4 and do you offer ipv6??
This is the company that hosts CurtisG's skiddy site that constantly tries to release "exploits" for the very software that runs the company that hosts the skiddy crap. I'd avoid. There's value to picking your neighbors wisely.
OMG!!
Your budget is $100 and you are looking for a VPS??
I think you should go for a Dedicated server.

@rsk Don't you have CZ servers too? Surely that's considered more "offshore" than NL.
Sorry bro but Ecatel have too many downtime on a month!
When a customer asks for "offshore", run. It's not worth the quick buck
@awson while true, this does not apply to our CZ servers. Our DC is FDCServers and thus it is considered to be US/US laws apply. Again, we do not allow any illegal activity on our CZ servers.
@OffshoreGB this was true previously, but now it is more stable than the last months :-)
Thanks for all the responses, interesting arguments whether offshore is best or not. Might go the route with a server in the states.
Hello, OP. Sorry want to off topic a bit, what software you use for radio streaming? thanks!
