VMBox - Recent Promotion and Now No Answer - Has Any One Heard Anything?

One of my VPSs is with VMBox. It went offline two days ago and I couldn't reboot it so opened a ticket. I've had no response in over 24 hours. So I came here and did a search. I found this thread about a recent offer:

The last few comments are from people who purchased a VPS, have opened tickets and had no response either.
Anyone here know anything?
