You don't need to UNDERSTAND a service to sell it- just look at Symantec. No, not their SSL, but VIRTUALLY EVERY product.
To my defense: That was a random Google find. Funny enough, I also thought about the erroneous apostrophes, but decided that they fit the context quite well. If you already call a grown up man "bro", then you can easily add an apostrophe without causing further harm.

They have probably just carded a ssl reseller using stolen credit card and are tying to make few legit bucks from the stolen money and by looking at their whmcs I am sure the reseller they are using is thesslstore.
