Need dedicated in USA - high bandwidth

Hey guys!
I am in need for some dedicated servers. I currently have dacentec ($35 for 20TB) and turnkey-inet ($57/unmetered), both are good, but only in NY and NC. I need some more servers in PA, GA, central and west us.
My requirements are:
BW: 30+TB Bandwidth on at least 1gbps port
CPU: Any will do
HDD/SSD: Any will do
RAM: Any will do
Price: Sub $50 if possible, will consider higher offers too, but need it cheap.
Overall - even a VPS within these locations will be great, as long as I can get good bandwidth out of it.

For PA, I'd suggest DatabaseByDesign, but you've got probably 3 months before it'll be provisioned.
This one is just over $30 at 20TB; I'd contact them for a custom quote.
